Vasco signs second Australian distributor

Vasco has signed a distribution agreement with Sydney-based Novell specialist Open Channel Solutions (OCS).

Under the agreement, Novell's largest Australian distie OCS will distribute Vasco's full range of authentication products including Vasco's Novell-certified range.

"We have a range of products that plug into the Novell solution and we are working with [OCS] to market that solution," Gary O'Sullivan, channel manager for Vasco told CRN.

The authentication process for Novell customers remains transparent and won't require any additional log-on screens.

"By bundling Vasco Digipass authentication with our Novell offering, we see potential new market opportunities," Con Fiamegos, managing director for Open Channel Solutions said. 

Earlier this year, Vasco signed its first Australian distributor Whitegold Solutions as part of its strategy to bolster its channel operations.
