Check Point buys Zone Labs

Security firm Check Point Software Technologies has acquired solutions provider Zone Labs for $205 million.


The deal will strengthen Check Point's security portfolio, and enable it to have access to 200 Zone Labs employees, gaining 25 million customers worldwide.
