A mail order clothing firm has saved 80 per cent on IT support and management from implementing an all-in-one security solution.

ServGate Technologies sold the network security solution to Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts (CT Shirts) for its corporate and manufacturing offices, call centre operations and worldwide retail locations.

The clothing supplier said it has eliminated virus attacks and spam-related delays in its call centre service and reduced support and management costs.

"The ServGate solution has complemented our ongoing efforts to provide customer service for our products," said Nick Wheeler, founder of Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts.

"Companies worldwide are catching on to the need for comprehensive network protection, and the potential pitfalls associated with negligence to execute," said Atchison Frazer, vice president, corporate marketing, ServGate."

Vendor IP Path recommended the ServGate EdgeForce platforms for the firm's head office, a 48,000 square foot warehouse, and its international shops.

CT Shirts asked IP Path to find a solution to safeguard data and ensure call centre and online customer support networks remained operational.

Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts manufactures and sells garments for men, women and children via mail order, the internet and through signature stores in London, New York and Paris.
