Marketplacer appoints PageUp's Tal Rotbart as CTO

Multivendor platform Marketplacer has appointed Tal Rotbart as chief technology officer.

Rotbart moves to Marketplacer after seven years as CTO at talent management software PageUp.

His responsibilities will include shaping the technology direction of the company, with regards to its engineering, infrastructure and cybersecurity, as well as developing further product localisation and cementing the international partner network.

He has terrific skills from his experience at high growth Internet companies where he was instrumental in providing the technology vision, strategy and leadership to help the organisations scale from concept through fundraising, acquisitions and beyond.”

Rotbart’s experience pre-PageUp includes leadership positions at SEEK and DiUS Computing as well as founding SpringSense and iContact Media. Rotbart’s past clientele include Sensis, Toyota Australia and Westfield.

In a separate post, Rotbart thanked the team at PageUp for his experience with the business, “Thank you PageUp for the opportunity you provided me to join your journey and grow alongside you.
