A man has been charged with possession of child pornography after Marrickville police seized 50 computer hard drives from a business in November last year, according to NSW Police.
The 47 year old Comboyne man attended Newtown Police station yesterday and was charged with five counts of possessing child pornography, Police said in a statement.
The man has been released on conditional bail and is due to appear in court next month, where police will allege the hard drives seized contained approximately 8000 pornographic images of children.
