CeBIT Australia to feature big execs

Leading commentators from Google, Sun Microsystems and Mozilla will share their knowledge with Australia’s IT industry.

Google Enterprises’ Dave Girouard, chief open source officer at Sun Microsystems, Simon Phipps and the CEO of Mozilla Corporation Mitchell Baker will all be present as keynote speakers.

They will be joined by representatives from IBM, and open-source vendors Sugar CRM and Digium in providing commentary on today’s ICT business industry.

“If you are in business – whether you are an SME or major corporation – you will find something at CeBIT Australia that will benefit you,” said Jackie Taranto, managing director of event organiser, Hannover Fairs.

In its sixth year, the event will boast around 700 exhibitors and feature daily seminars on e-marketing, e-finance, e-government VoIP and IP Communications, plus showcases of the latest technologies.

CeBIT Australia 2007, will be held at the Sydney Exhibition Centre Darling Harbour between May 1 – 3.
