iTnews will produce independent testing of the latest enterprise software to hit the market after installing a purpose-built test lab in Sydney.
Today we’re excited to unveil iTnews Labs, which aims to provide our readers with an unbiased, independent assessment of the features of enterprise software.
It’s one more way we hope to guide our readers - Australia’s IT decision makers - toward making better technology decisions.
Over the coming months, expect the latest server operating systems, fleet management software, analytics and other business software to be put under the critical eye of our journalists.
We’re especially grateful to our friends at HP, who provided us hardware both powerful and flexible enough to host this variety of software.
As you can see in the video above, iTnews has installed two DL380p servers, two HP StoreVirtual 4330 storage arrays and two HP ProCurve 2920 switches on which to conduct our tests.
Our first two reviews are complete and queued for publication on Monday. Please note that the full test results will only be available to registered iTnews readers. You can sign up to iTnews in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
