SC Awards nominations extended

The Awards recognise the best infosecurity organisations and products that help to keep our systems protected.

Entry is free. Organisations must have staff within Australia to be able to submit. More details are on the Awards website.

Pointers

All nominees should endeavour with the highest priority to supply a customer who is available for judges to call. This is to assist judging only, and not for publication.

A customer who has the most experience with your offering or knows your offering best is ideal, however a partner or product/service expert will suffice if the offering is new and no customers are available.

Along with a reference contact, a technical document which explains what the offering is will help the judges give a full assessment.

Please remember the judges are experienced in the industry and don't need basic security information. Case studies and product news stories help.

These two pieces of information (a detailed technical document and reference contact) will suffice to assess most products.

It's not often that at least one judge hasn't worked directly with the kit in question. For vendor of the year, you'll need to tell us more about your organisation's activities.

Entries are submitted through the 2013 Awards, available on the website.

Good luck!
