Are you using technology to solve real problems and create meaningful impact? Now is your moment to step forward and enter the 2026 iAwards.
From AI and robotics to reimagined tech platforms and creative solutions, the iAwards can help you amplify your impact, boost your credibility and gain national – even international – recognition for your work.
Run by the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), the iAwards are Australia’s longest-running innovation awards. For over 30 years, innovators have leveraged the iAwards platform to showcase tech breakthroughs that shape Australia’s future.
This year’s theme – Innovation that Matters – shines a light on the ideas, technologies and people delivering positive real-world impacts for how we live, work and for communities across Australia and beyond.
As well as helping you open doors and spark valuable connections with Australian ICT decision-makers, the iAwards are the only pathway for you to compete internationally at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards.
The entry process is simple and free! There are 10 categories to choose from: Artificial Intelligence Technology, Industrial Technology, Start-up, Technology Platform, Business & Industry, Government & Public Sector, Community & Not-for-Profit, Sustainability & Environmental, Student and Diversity.
Who can enter?
We welcome entries from across Australia – from individuals, teams, government bodies, private organisations or students.
So, whether you’re a start-up forging an exciting path or have a proven track record – we want to hear from you!
The iAwards are a national competition. Winners in each state are invited to compete at the gala National Ceremony, held in Sydney on Thursday 27 August.
