Lexmark local general manager and Australian printing industry stalwart Carmel Mosser has left the company, iTnews has learned.

Lexmark's Aussie boss steps down

Mosser has been the Australia and New Zealand general manager of Lexmark since mid-2011, after a 6-year career at the company that saw her work her way up through Lexmark’s channel ranks.

She stepped down late last month after a total of 8 years with the company. General manager of Lexmark's SMB channels and marketing for Asia Pacific, Abhijit Patwardhan, will take over the role while the company looks for a new A/NZ country manager.

It is understood that Mosser left Lexmark to investigate new opportunities. She will not immediately begin a new job.

Prior to her career at Lexmark, Mosser held sales and distribution roles at fellow printing giant Fuji Xerox.
