ACS settles with former CEO

The ACS has settled a legal dispute with former CEO Kim Denham, following her termination in May 2009.

Denham led the ACS for only 14 months, commencing in late February 2008.

Two months after her departure, she filed a lawsuit against the society for alleged misleading or deceptive conduct.

In a joint statement, Denham and the ACS said that the matters in dispute have been settled to the satisfaction of both parties.

"The terms of this settlement will remain confidential and no further comment will be made by either party," they said.
