VMware officially opened its new national Sydney headquarters today to a crowd of partners, staff and journalists. The virtualisation solutions provider's new offices houses approximately 200 workers.
The headquarters were officially opened by VMware's AN/Z managing director Duncan Bennet and NSW Minister for Finance and Services Greg Pearce.
"As a company, we've only been operational for seven years. In that time, we've gone from zero employees to over 300. ...So we've been either the fastest or one of the fastest information technology companies ever," Bennet said at the event.
