Telstra users in the ACT and NSW were unable to access mobile, voice and data services this morning after the telco suffered a network outage.
The outage affected all Telstra customers in the territory and state respectively for 16 minutes from 11:25am, the telco said.
“The outage occurred when some of our mobile network controllers in Sydney lost service,” a spokesperson said.
“We are investigating the root cause of the issue."
It did not clarify how many exchanges or customers were affected.
