Two hospitality tech companies, HungryHungry and MOBI have merged under a unified entity aimed at growing their reach to new markets and are already gearing up for their first product launch.

It’s understood the two brands will continue to their respective names and operate as usual however will work under the one holding company titled, HHM Global Group Pty Limited.
The new entity will bring in HungryHungry's hospitality-focused software plus add in MOBI's mobile technology solutions, which currently services over 4,000+ venues across 15 countries including Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.
According to Mark Calabro, co-founder of HungryHungry and head of partnerships, the new business is already thinking of its first product launch.
Calabro said, “As we join forces with MOBI we look forward to the next chapter including the launch of our game-changing payments product, HungryPay”.
HungryPay is “a product which leans into a service-centric industry that is hospitality, whilst having product market fit for countries like the US which are all about staff taking orders and tipping,” Calabro added.
The combined brands will bring together ordering, payments, bill splitting, kiosks, driveup, drivethru and customer-branded apps as part of its refreshed consumer-facing technology.
As MOBI already offers a white-labelled platform, the new company will continue this to assist brands to engage with customers.
HungryHungry is an end-to-end ordering and payment hospitality tech platform, first founded in 2019 by Calabro and Shannon Hautot, original creators of OrderMate.
The pair now lead MOBI following the departure of its founder Tarik Mallet in 2022.
