Digital innovation consultancy Digi6 launches in Australia

Digital innovation consultancy Digi6 has launched in Australia offering six in-demand services, including project delivery management, business analysis, organisational change and adoption, experience design, product management, and information architecture.

Digi6 aims to support organisations adopt digital transformation by enhancing the user experience and implementing effective change management practices. 

With a presence in Victoria and New South Wales, Digi6’s all-female leadership team comprises Joanne Spencer and Lisa Applegarth, who are stepping up to lead Melbourne and Sydney operations, respectively.

Joanne Spencer, Victorian general manager at Digi6 said, “As the digital focus of customers continues to accelerate, digital innovation is imperative to transform traditional, slow evolving organisations into agile, tech-enabled businesses.

Spencer said the company’s design process goes beyond visual design.

“Instead, it uncovers insights about our customers’ organisation, the enabling technology and end-users. That information is then elevated to simplify, humanise and build products to deliver real value to end-users, known as a people-first approach to digital innovation. Our vision is to help our customers achieve their digital potential in a modern, tech-enabled world,” she said.

Digi6 is paving the way for a new approach to digital innovation in Australia, underpinned by the well-established delivery processes of the company’s two technical sister businesses, Cevo and Arinco. Its unique approach to implementation focuses on the six human-centred pillars of digital transformation: user experience, people, change, innovation, leadership and culture.
