Computer Associates International, Inc. is taking further steps to win a share of the consumer market with its firewall and antivirus products.

After releasing its antivirus and desktops security suites on a limited basis to the consumer market this spring, Computer Associates International, Inc. is extending distribution of the eTrust EZ Armor 2005 Security Suite and eTrust EZ Antirvirus 2005 to help users deal with spyware, worms and identity theft at home.


The antivirus/firewall suite and antivirus software can be found now at more than 6,000 outlets of national chains Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Fry's, MicroCenter, Office Depot, Office Max, Sam's Club, Staples and Target, as well as more than 200 regional stores, in the U.S.

eTrust EZ Armor has a retail price of $49.95, while eTrust EZ Antivirus 2005 goes for $29.95.
