The FBI issued an arrest warrant for Nicolae Popescu on 20 December, 2012 after he was indicted on a variety of offences including money laundering, passport fraud and wire fraud.

Information leading to his arrest will be rewarded with the highest monetary award of any on the cyber most wanted list - the US Government is willing to pay up to US$1 million for such intel.

Two US warrants are currently out for his arrest. The FBI is offering up to US$100,000 for information leading to his apprehension.

A warrant was issued in late 2010, and the FBI is offering up to US$50,000 for information leading to Semenov's arrest.

Members of the racket are wanted on charges of money laundering, bank fraud, passport fraud, and identity theft.

The FBI says that from December 2006 to October 2008, Sundin and others placed fake ads on legitimate company websites to convince browsers that their computer was infected with malware, and therefore they needed to buy the fake security products. The FBI is offering up to US$20,000 for information leading to Sundin's arrest.

Information leading to Jain's arrest will result in a reward of up to US$20,000.

Once victims opened the card, spyware (dubbed 'Lover Spy') would be installed on their computers which logged keystrokes and other communications.

Perez-Melara is alleged to have built the program - which the FBI claims infected thousands of victims - and hosted the website in 2003. The FBI is offering up to US$50,000 for information leading to his arrest.

He is alleged to have acted as an administrator to the scheme, who stole bank account numbers, passwords and personal identification numbers, among others, from some of the world's largest companies. He was indicted by a US court in August 2012 and is considered a flight risk.

A warrant for his arrest was issued in mid 2012, and the FBI will pay up to US$50,000 for those with information facilitating his arrest.

A warrant for his arrest was issued on the same day as Uddin's, and the FBI is also offering up to US$50,000 for information leading to Arshad's arrest.

He is alleged to have convinced an online newspaper that he worked for a legitimate advertising agency which represented a hotel chain wanting to advertise on the paper's website. After getting his ads running on the site, he is claimed to have then replaced the ads with malware which infected the computers of those visiting the site and forced them to pay US$49.95 to regain control over their PCs. He allegedly conducted the same scam on multiple other online businesses.

A warrant for his arrest has been out since May 2011, and the FBI is offering to pay up to US$50,000 for information leading to his arrest.

The FBI claims Bobnev either attempted to or successfully passed on over US$350,000 from compromised accounts between June and August 2007. Information leading to his arrest will be rewarded with up to US$50,000.

Sun Kai Liang was indicted by a US court on May 1 this year along with four other members of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) for various charges related to computer hacking, economic espionage and theft of trade secrets and identity.

The FBI said each of the PLA members provided various expertise to an alleged scheme to gain access into the networks of American companies as the businesses were either engaging in joint ventures/ negotiations with Chinese state-owned enterprises, or pursuing legal action against them. Once the five got into the systems, they allegedly stole sensitive information such as trade secrets and email exchanges.

Sun, who the FBI said held the rank of captain during the early stages of the investigation, was allegedly spotted both sending malicious emails and controlling victim's computers.
