Paul Brooks is an independent telecommunications consultant and lead of the Layer10 Advisory firm. He has held directorships at Vocus and the Internet Society of Australia, as well as participating in key aspects of the design work in the National Broadband Network and the Basslink Telecomms submarine cable between Melbourne and Tasmania.
