The deal will expand Vigilar's training offerings and increases the company's customer base ten fold to more than 20,000, executives said. Vigilar plans to cross-sell consulting services and its partners' products into Intense School's customer base.
Intense School, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., has certified more than 19,000 IT and security professionals. It serves Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Vigilar expects the deal to close July 5.
