Unisys buys defense security firm

Managed services provider Unisys has acquired military security firm Baesch Computer Consulting (BCC).

Ninety security-cleared employees at BCC will continue to work on biometrics and security projects in the U.S. under the Unisys banner.


CEO Bobby Baesch established BCC in 1995. He is expected to become a vice president at Unisys.

Unisys recently acquired KPMG Consultants of Belgium.
