SC Awards Europe 2009 open for entry

SC Magazine has announced that its 2009 awards are now open for entry.

Previous winners of SC Awards include  MessageLabs, RSA, McAfee and NGSSoftware.  The deadline for entries is 14 October 2008. Full details on entry requiremenst can be found on the SC website.

The SC Magazine Awards Europe have been created to reward excellence and innovation within the IT security industry. For 2009 the SC Professional Awards which honour CISOs, teams and projects will be included in the main awards night in April 2009.

The editor of SC Magazine, Paul Fisher said: “For the industry the SC Awards are the only ones that matter. I will be hosting my fourth awards evening in 2009. With the Professional Awards now being included it will undoubtedly be the biggest and most successful yet.”
