The credit union, which counts over $10.5 billion in funds under management and advice, is in the process of replacing its 10-year-old legacy systems a multi-cloud suite of marketing and customer relationship tools.

In the coming months it will deploy Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Einstein Analytics for Financial Services, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft.

People’s Choice also plans to launch Salesforce’s myTrailhead gamified learning platform to its employees to foster the development of new skills across its branches in South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia, and the territories.

The credit union’s chief executive, Steve Laidlaw, said in a statement that the project will help the company continue to meet the financial needs of its 365,000 members by unifying the experiences of members and employees across the business’ different channels.

“Our members are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s vital that we have a clear understanding of how we can best meet their needs,” Laidlaw said.

“...working with [Salesforce] will give People’s Choice the ability to better manage information about our members while also gaining the benefits of Salesforce’s experience in the US mutuals market.”
