The property group said in a brief statement that it had chosen the software to centralise information across the business and reduce the time taken by staff to locate information.

The project also has an environmental aim in reducing paper storage.

The financial size of the deal was not disclosed.

The deal is the latest in a string of recent announcements by Objective.

Last month, the company was appointed to the Queensland Government whole-of-government arrangement for electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS).

In April, it bought a UK-based hosted record keeping platform operator called Limehouse for $6.65 million.
