Multi-million dollar agreement.

ispONE’s mobile subsidiary has signed a three-year multi-million dollar wholesale agreement with Optus to offer prepaid mobile services.

ispONE signs Optus prepaid deal

The company, ONEmobile, previously had a deal with Optus Wholesale that covered only postpaid customer sign-ups.

Managing director Zac Swindells said the new agreement would give ONEmobile’s sub-wholesale and retail customers the ability to offer a prepaid mobile product.

“The market is moving away from traditional carriers offering postpaid services,” he said, pointing to the growth in prepaid services via new entrants like Amaysim.

“Prepaid is where the market is moving towards.”

ispONE provided white label voice, data and internet services.
