Mobile business firm Satsuma Solutions is teaming up with secure mobile device company KeCrypt to sell secure signature authentication solutions for PDAs.

KeCrypt designed the authentication suite to address issues of secure remote handheld computing. The solutions recognise characteristics of shape and speed of data flow, unique to a user's signature, then validate them for authentication, the company claimed.

The suite is based on two encryption technologies; the KeCrypt encryption library, which has a 1024 bit RSA private key,  and Blowfish and AES symmetric ciphers.
