For: Feature rich and easy to manage.
Against: No phone support and slightly weak documentation.
Verdict: Good value for just about any size enterprise. Recommended.

This product was very easy to use. Installation and deployment took just minutes, and the process was simple with installation consisting of putting in the CD and starting the installation wizard. The management console was easy to use and provided an intuitive look for easy navigation.
With its well-organised interface and flexible policy options we found this product to be an excellent USB security tool. All the components of DeviceWall work well together and it can be easily integrated with a current Active Directory structure, which makes deployment simple in almost any domain-based environment.
Documentation for this product is available on the vendor website as a PDF file. Documentation is an easy read and provides excellent step-by-step instructions on configuring and managing Devicewall. The only aspect we found lacking in the documentation is the absence of screenshots. All instruction was given as "click on this tab" and "select this option." While we found it easy to follow, some screenshots could be useful for more visually oriented users.
Support offered for DeviceWall is limited to customers with full versions of the software only. As for support content, it is web-based and you need your license key to get access to the site.
The site contains many useful support tools, including FAQs, downloads, technical documentation and email support.
However, we could not locate any phone support.
At a base price of US$24.30 for a 250-user license, this product is a great value for environments of any size. We found that its simple deployment, easy manageability and loads of features make this product shine. We found this product to be a strong contender. It is our Recommended product.
