Next month Symantec will open a toll-free marketing support call centre for partners in the Asia Pacific.
It would provide support for marketing campaigns, promotions and tools based in Beijing andSingapore, from where Pacific partners would be served.
Symantec has also announced a web portal for partners to manage their renewals sales.
The portal was now live and partners could access it by registering here.
“The investment into the renewals partner portal and partner support centre for marketing reinforces Symantec’s dedication to investing in and promoting the growth of our partners,” said Craig Scroggie vice president and managing director, Pacific region, Symantec.
