SAP has appointed Tim Bryant to the chief revenue officer (CRO) position for SAP SuccessFactors for the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

The long-time SAP employee moves into the role to focus on fast-tracking the company’s cloud adoption and integrating Business AI innovations to support customer goals.
Bryant takes on the role after holding the head of SAP SuccessFactors in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) role for almost two years.
Bryant’s role reports directly to Liher Urbizu, chief business officer of SAP APJ and he will continue to be based in Melbourne.
He said on LinkedIn he was “humbled and privileged” to join the “APJ senior executive team to help our customers to bring out the best in their people through supporting an agile and resilient workforce, enabled by Business AI.”
“A huge thank you to Angela Colantuono who has been my direct leader and friend over the last 6 years”.
Colantuono was recently appointed as SAP’s president and managing director for the Australian and New Zealand arm of the business.
“I will continue to be based in Melbourne and very much look forward to coming together with our regional teams, customers, and partners from this point,” Bryant added.
President of SAP APJ, Paul Marriott said, “Asia Pacific and Japan is already one of the fastest-growing regions globally for SAP and Tim’s extensive human capital management experience and strong leadership credentials make him the right leader for this role.”
“I’m confident in his ability to drive the next phase of growth while supporting customers across the region to achieve their people ambitions, grow, and scale.
"I thank Angela Colantuono for her leadership over the last two years, and I know she will continue to deliver customer success and growth for SAP ANZ,” Marriott added.
