NetIQ selects new VP

Security management firm NetIQ has appointed David Quantrell as its VP and general manager for its systems and security management business in Europe.

Quantrell jumped from Nortel Networks where he was president of e-business solutions for Europe. He will report to Mark Marron, senior vice president of worldwide sales.


"David will play a key role in continuing to drive the company's international growth," Marron said. "He will be instrumental in ensuring NetIQ meets the needs of its customers with an unsurpassed level of service."
