Nero fires up Blu-ray burning for Linux
The firm claims that Nero Linux 3.5 is the only application on the market to provide Linux users with full Blu-ray/HD-DVD data burning support.

The offering, which is due to ship in mid-March, boasts support and screen resolution enhancements for popular sub-notebooks pre-loaded with Linux and with a very small screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.

Charly Lippoth, chief technology officer at Nero, said: "Nero believes that content cannot be contained by one operating system, computer or device, so we continue to develop ways for digital media content to run smoothly between all hubs."
