Paul Tyler is joining NBN Co.

The company today said Paul Tyler would take up the chief customer officer for business position that is being vacated by the retiring John Simon.

Tyler will begin his role at NBN Co on February 19.

NBN Co also revealed that its chief corporate affairs officer Karina Keisler will depart the organisation in mid August.

In addition to corporate affairs, Keisler also led the recently-created NBN local team, which is providing on-the-ground community engagement in rollout areas.

Keisler followed CEO Bill Morrow over to NBN Co in 2014 from Vodafone Australia.

NBN Co said it had started a search for Keisler’s replacement.

“While we are sorry to lose her, Karina leaves us with a strong team who will continue to report on our progress, clarify the facts, and help manage the reputation of the company,” Morrow said in a statement.
