Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 for Windows XP, including new features as a result of user feedback.

Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3 for Windows XP, including new features as a result of user feedback.

Users can now re-order their tabs in the browser by dragging them to left or right, and they get tighter control over RSS feeds.

There are several security fixes, and rendering bugs have been fixed to improve compatibility with many websites.

An English version of the code can be downloaded here, though Microsoft says Arabic, Finnish, German and Japanese versions will be available ‘in early July’.

IE7 will run on the 64bit version of XP, the 32bit version with Service Pack 2, and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1.

Microsoft says the final release of is on track for delivery in the second half of this year.
