The software, created by Softscape, will enable Lion Nathan to bring its primary people processes, including performance and goal management, succession and remuneration planning, into a single technology platform, the company said in a statement.

Lion Nathan is also said to have purchased Softscape’s learning management system to manage learning administration and as a platform for managing online learning.

The brewer’s values-based cultural model consists of 10 core behaviors, which are hardwired into all HR processes, according to Jason Sharpe, Systems Leader, People & Culture, Lion Nathan.

The system was implemented ‘on time and on budget’, Sharpe said.
