Lion Nathan is also said to have purchased Softscape’s learning management system to manage learning administration and as a platform for managing online learning.

The brewer’s values-based cultural model consists of 10 core behaviors, which are hardwired into all HR processes, according to Jason Sharpe, Systems Leader, People & Culture, Lion Nathan.
