Software anti-virus vendor, SurfControl has discovered a new blended email/internet security threat, with a fake Google banner.

The email claims to be from 'Team Google' launching a new 'Google Pharmacy' service. It directs users to a pharmaceutical site for purchasing medicines. However the website harbours two malicious trojans.

According to SurfControl, the email uses a Google redirector to mask the malicious sites. It also uses URL encoding to mask the malicious sites and a frame to display a faux Google Pharmacy banner.

Although carefully spoofing the Google site, the site's creators have hinted at the malicious intent of the site through using little blue Viagra pills to illustrate the "Os", in Google.
