Westpac is embarking on a serious overhaul of its approach to work. Its new block in Collins St, Melbourne was the first to be fitted out in an activity-based working style. One level in Kent St and two in Kogarah in Sydney followed ahead of the construction of Westpac's new Barangaroo headquarters. The bank expects to progressively overhaul its offices across the country over the next few years.
