The company has created a UK subsidiary consisting of four people, who will be recruiting resellers for its DynamicPolicy product, which automates the management of policies and procedures.
DynamicPolicy comes with ready-made libraries of policies for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and ISO 17799, but can be applied to any aspects of company policy.
Zequel already has an international client base in North and South America. Its customers include Phillip Morris International, Verizon, the U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and Banco Santander.
The product already exists in English, Spanish and Portuguese. UK chief executive Tim Wickes said French and German versions are now being written to support European marketing.
