Hobbyist heaven restored.

Downed virus sharing forum VX Heavens has resurrected after being shut down by Ukrainian police.

VXer site rises after raid
The seemingly legitimate virus exchange (VX) hobbyist forum went down in March last year after law enforcement seized its servers claiming it distributed malware.

Site administrator Dahmer said the site was shut down due to "unfounded legal prosecution".

"Servers and most of [the] data were raided by legal authorities [and] remained in unknown condition".

At the time users reacted to the closure by creating a 44Gb image of the site shared over bit torrent.
