The alliance combines NetScaler's application delivery solutions - specifically its Request Switching technology - with Teros' Deep Stream Inspection technology for application-layer protection.
The integrated solution includes server balancing and content switching, compression for TCP traffic, application firewall security, and SSL VPN functionality.
The companies said they've developed an integration roadmap and plan to produce additional solutions in the future.
