The certification allows companies to log vulnerability data gathered from QualysGuard along with other security event data generated within the Symantec Security Management System.
Qualys said it worked with Symantec to develop the Qualys Event Collector for use with Symantec's system. The collector links to QualysGuard and automatically logs vulnerability assessment data and displays details through the Symantec system.
