IT security distributor, Unixpac, has announced the availability of the next generation Shavlik NetChk Compliance for enterprises.

Shavlik further streamlines compliance efforts
The Shavlik NetChk Compliance 3.0 includes additional flexibility to automate organisations’ efforts to prove and enforce compliance, claimed Unixpac.

Furthermore, the Shavlik NetChk offers policy cloning across all systems on the network and provides reporting on changes to data which is related to policy and configuration changes.

According to Tom Piotrowski, the managing director of Unixpac, it streamlines compliance efforts and starts showing proof immediately rather than in months.

“Many organisations today are looking at various technologies and how they might increase operational efficiencies by automating the steps required,” said Piotrowski.

US-based Shavlik Technologies claims to simplify complex enterprise network configuration, compliance and security.

“The cost of compliance for our customers continues to grow as they must assess and compare their system compliance against multiple mandates, such as SOX, PCI, and GLBA, and multiple times, over the course of a single year,” said Mark Shavlik, CEO of Shavlik Technologies.

“Our focus is on delivering simplicity and flexibility within our solutions,” added Shavlik.

The product is currently available in Australia.
