The international music firm has installed Sophos Anti-Virus and Enterprise Manager in an attempt to automatically protect its data from infection.
The solution has provided the firm with hourly updates, which has allowed staff to get on with other jobs, a Sophos spokesman said.
"We are reliant on sending and receiving large volumes of promotional material, so it is crucial that we have the best virus protection," said James Bacchus, chief technology officer at Ministry of Sound. "Sophos boosted our security and cut our management overheads."
The purchase is part of the Ministry's network reconstruction. The firm tested the product for one month.
Ministry of Sound has a turnover of almost £100 million.
