Internet Security Systems (ISS) Tuesday said its Managed Protection Services now offer a money-back, guaranteed performance-based Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The new MPS offering provides customers with a $50,000 cash payment if a security incident occurs - provided the incident is based on attacks included in the ISS X-Force's Certified Attack List of critical internet threats. The list is updated regularly by X-Force researchers.

ISS said the offer also applies specific warranties to guaranteed performance-based SLAs.
