Hewlett-Packard has acquired TruLogica, a privately-held firm selling identity management systems. Terms of the deal have not been announced.

Plans call for HP to integrate TruLogica's ID management technology into its OpenView range of systems.

Dallas, Texas-based TruLogica says that its operations will be folded into HP's Software Global business operation, with its products sold through HP OpenView software channels.
