A Toronto hacker created a new version of the political dirty trick late last week.

The hacker used a remote control device to program scrolling advertisements on Ontario's GO trains to read, "Stephen Harper eats babies," which was repeated over and over again to the surprise of commuters, according to a report in the Toronto Star.

Harper, sworn in less than three months ago, is Canada's prime minister from the Conservative Party.
