Entrust completes acquisition of AmikaNow!

Identity and access management firm Entrust has completed its purchase of anti-spam and e-mail filtering firm AmikaNow!.

Entrust said it expects that the acquisition will improve its product range for compliance with regulatory guidelines, such as Sarbanes-Oxley.


"This acquisition helps us to address our customer's growing needs for network and productivity protection, compliance and risk management" said Bill Conner, chairman and CEO, Entrust.

Entrust said it expects the first of the rebranded products to be available later this year.
