Digital Nation Live postponed until May 2023

Digital Nation Live has been postponed until May 2023.

The conference will focus on the business impact of transformation. 

When industry analysts Gartner polled global CEOs about their priorities earlier this year they found that the proportion of CEOs increasing investment in digital transformation is rising across the board, in areas including digital capabilities, product enhancements, sales and marketing.

The sharpest investment increase however is in the area of hiring new staff, with the report noting CEO mentions of “recruitment” and “retention” as workforce priorities tripled and doubled, respectively, compared to last year.

Gartner also revealed that concern is growing amongst leaders that the organisational culture will change or suffer in a hybrid world.

The event will examine the critical role of people and culture in ensuring not only that transformation programs are delivered successfully, but that they provide ongoing business benefits even after the process transformation is largely delivered.
