Security head will write disaster recovery policy.

In brief: The CSIRO is seeking an Information Technology Security Advisor (ITSA) for its Canberra headquarters.

CSIRO seeks security chief

The ITSA will develop and implement a disaster recovery policy and standards and managed new security deployments for the science organisation.

It will also oversea the development of an information security program, and ensure that new IT projects incorporate adequate IT security.

The position reports to Chief Information Officer David Toll who has held the position since 2003.

CSIRO is offering $115,000 to $127,000 and requires a security clearance.
