Australia Post HR transformation leader exits

Cheail formed part of the team that oversaw the overhaul of Australia Post’s entire HR operating model as part of its modernisation agenda, backed by ServiceNow.

She announced her departure on LinkedIn, noting Post is "now looking for a dynamic leader to step into the role of head of people services and continue the important work we’ve done in establishing a centralised HR support model and growing our business advisory capabilities."

Australia Post is now in recruitment mode for the role according to an Australia Post spokesperson.

“This role will continue to oversee a broad range of HR functions with a focus on service quality and team capability," the spokesperson said.

“The successful candidate will also continue to drive key transformation projects including the new ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform – a consolidated ‘front door’ for our workforce to access HR services."
