The update is found in WordPress 3.7, called Basie.

The new edition also provides stronger password recommendations for users and improve global support for the millions of individuals using the open source tool in non-English settings.

Wordpress sites are popular targets for attacks. Massive attacks affecting millions of unpatched Wordpress sites have surfaced over recent years.
