The project involves installing Verint Call Recording, Screen Capture, Quality and Coaching and Data Analytics products for AUSTAR’s 400-seat contact centre at Robina on the Gold Coast.

The solution will provide AUSTAR with a powerful tool for monitoring, evaluating and archiving calls.

Touchbase Australia Business Leader, Andrew Fisher said late last year Touchbase Australia had won the project to design, build and install one of the most advanced multimedia contact centres in Australia for AUSTAR.

“When complete, the project, which is based on the Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE) solution, will support 1,000 users across the business and will represent one of the most sophisticated uses of the Cisco Systems product set in Australia,” he said.
